Position
Empress Global Materials is an advisory firm. We work alongside producers, processors, industrial buyers and investors who need judgement on critical materials before anyone commits.
We hold no stock and take no title to material. The practice is paid for its advice — and, where an introduction becomes a transaction, on the business concluded.
Every material has a grade, a story and a counterparty. The work is to establish all three before capital moves.
Experience
The practice is led by Valeria Andreoni, whose nine years in the business began in mining and moved, contract by contract, to strategic metals, critical raw materials and rare earths — the narrow end of the market, where supply sits in few hands and qualification is slow.
A business developer who has worked both ends of this market, and puts the right two parties in the same room.
Practice
01
Reading a transaction before it is signed.
02
Finding and qualifying producers, processors and end buyers.
03
What a serious buyer in these sectors expects to see.
04
Building a critical-materials desk inside an existing company.
05
Where a company should compete, and how the function is organised.
